Ice Bowls
Nelson’s has acquired a one-of-a-kind ice bowl machine that forms a five-inch thick ice bowl with your favorite picture or flowers displayed through the crystal clear ice. This is especially great to make that very unique impression for your guests.
Price per ice bowl is $145.95 (If Nelson’s is to provide flowers an additional amount will be charged)
Catering Policies

| 1. Buffet Service: All events are served buffet-style, unless otherwise contracted. | 5. Property: Nelson’s will not leave any of our personal property after any event is completed. |
| 2. Cancellations: A five day notice is required for all cancellations or a minimum of 25% of the estimated bill will be due. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the event may be required to pay 100% of the estimated bill. | 6. Pricing: All menu prices are subject to change. The price will bebased on your FINAL COUNT. |
| 3. Dress Code: Nelson’s professional caterers will dress in casual black shorts/pants with a Nelson’s T-shirt, unless otherwise contracted. | 7. Payment: All new customers are required to 50% of the estimated total, 10 business days before your event. The remaining balance is due the day of your event. |
| 4. Final Count: Your final number of guests (final count) attending MUST be confirmed five (5) business days or more in advance of your event. If your fnal count is not received, your estimate number will be used. | |
